Summer's End

Wandering the fields of a local woman's flower farm, I fell in love with these shabby chic blooms. It is the beginning of the end of the flower season here in Iowa and there are some indicators that fall is on it's way. Back in Austin, where I practiced for more than 25 years, it is still 106 degrees. As the kids head back to school, and the summer heat winds down here in the midwest, I am grateful for the opportunity that therapy offers to those looking to emotional growth. Whether you are a middle school student, or a middle aged mom, or nearing retirement and wondering about adjusting to the changes in your life, therapy has so much to offer. Just like the seasons change around us, so do the seasons of our lives, bringing neew questions, new challenges, and new opportunities.

If you are looking for someone to sort out some issues in a non-judgemental, safe setting, feel free to reach out. I would love to help you find the tools you need to feel more confident in your life.
